The Choice to be Childfree
Choosing to not have children can present both an opportunity for empowerment and autonomy but can also present multiple challenges in one’s life. Each person's values, desires, and priorities in their lives are unique. What works for one person may not work for another, and that's perfectly okay. Parenthood is just one of many paths to fulfillment in one’s life. This deeply personal and often misunderstood decision can sometimes lead to feelings of isolation or judgment from friends, family, or co-workers. We can support you in exploring your life narrative and values which can help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your personal beliefs.
